This is a wonderful old Craftsman's trunk. The wood trunk features unique diamond shapes that are framed in wood and separated in the middle by another piece of shaped wood to make the front and back pattern stand out and make this such an unusual Craftsman's trunk. The front and back of this trunk are crafted in the same pattern. I have never seen one with this much character and the wood has a rich depth that you cannot find on new wood. Another unusual feature is the top with 3 circles scribed into the wood, they again are very unique and really makes this trunk stand out as being exceptional. With it's compact size, it's present day uses are many. There is no lock just a simple latch. This is a beautiful trunk and would add to many decors. This trunk is now ready to go to your home to be a wonderful conversation piece. I have no idea how old this Craftsmen's trunk is but by the look of this wood it has been used for many many years.
